Bet-Mate gives you access to football market data and tools: Betfair and Pinnacle prices, price movements, Betfair matched volume and comparisons. We do not take bets, hold betting funds or pay winnings. Links to bookmakers take you to independent third-party websites.

You must be 18 or older, or the higher legal age where you live. Do not use Bet-Mate where it is against the law.

Give accurate details and keep your password safe. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account. An account is for one person's personal use. You may not sell or share access with other people.

The Free account covers the leagues and features shown on the Plans page. Premium covers the features shown when you subscribe. Some matches, markets or prices may be missing because of the data source. Including a league does not mean every match will have prices.

Prices are in EUR. Premium costs EUR 23 for one month. You pay once, with PayPal or Skrill; nothing renews automatically. Premium starts when the payment is confirmed.

Each payment gives one month of Premium. It does not renew automatically, and we never charge you again without a new payment from you. To continue, pay again before your month ends.

If we change the price, the new price applies only to payments made after the change. We never change the price of a month you have already paid for.

There is nothing to cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for. If you don't pay again, your account then moves to the Free plan and your saved settings are kept.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your payment; after that we don't refund the rest of the month. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, and we always correct charges made in error. Details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Bet-Mate is for your own personal use. Do not copy, resell or automatically extract our data, get around access limits or interfere with the service.

Prices, volume and indicators can be delayed, incomplete or change at any time. Indicators describe recorded market data — they are not predictions. Check prices and rules on the bookmaker or exchange before you act. Third-party websites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Betfair and Pinnacle are trademarks of their owners.

We may update the service and its coverage. If a change affects what you pay for in a significant way, we'll tell you in advance where we can and explain your options.

We may restrict an account in cases of fraud, misuse, a security risk or a chargeback. Where we can, we'll explain why and how to fix it. You can contact us to challenge our decision.

We provide Bet-Mate with reasonable care. We don't guarantee results, profits or the outcome of any match. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Send complaints to info@bet-mate.co with your account email. You keep any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

We may update these Terms. We'll show the new effective date and tell you about important changes before they apply to you.
