What is Bet-Mate?

Football market data in one place: Betfair and Pinnacle prices, price movements, Betfair matched volume and comparisons.

Do you give tips or predictions?

No. Bet-Mate shows recorded market data — prices, movements and volume. What you do with it is your decision.

Do I need an account?

You can use the tables and alerts without one. You need an account to get Premium; with Premium, your My Leagues, bookmakers and commission are saved to your account and follow you to other devices.

What's included for free?

All leagues except a few Premium-only ones, the Betfair tables (matches with €200+ matched, in the default order), market alerts for those leagues, and Latest Movements (Betfair only, changes of 5% or more, a 60-minute window delayed by 30 minutes). Alerts on the Free plan are also delayed by 30 minutes.

What does Premium add?

Pinnacle tables and Betfair vs Pinnacle, all available leagues, and alerts and Latest Movements (including Pinnacle) without the Free plan's extra 30-minute delay — Betfair about every minute, Pinnacle about every 3 minutes — plus Best available odds from up to 13 bookmakers.

Why is a league locked?

It's a Premium-only league. On Free you see its matches and kick-off times with a lock, but no prices, alerts or movements.

How much does Premium cost?

EUR 23 a month. Prices are in EUR. You pay once with PayPal or Skrill, and each payment gives one month of Premium.

Does Premium renew automatically?

No. Each payment gives one month of Premium. It does not renew automatically; to continue, pay again before it ends.

How do I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel. Premium is a one-off payment for one month and never renews automatically. When the month ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you pay again.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days of your payment you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed. After that we don't refund the rest of the month. We always refund charges made in error, and your statutory rights are not affected. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Can I change my plan?

There is one Premium plan: one month for EUR 23. To keep Premium after your month ends, pay again. For any other question, email info@bet-mate.co.

Which bookmakers are included in Best odds?

Only the ones you select in the Best odd at filter. You can change your selection anytime.

What does a 24-hour drop mean?

Dropping Odds compares the current price with the price 24 hours earlier. If a market opened less than 24 hours ago, it compares with the opening price and shows "opened Xh ago" under the match; if our own record is shorter than 24 hours, it shows "compared with HH:MM".

How fresh is the data?

Betfair prices update about every minute and Pinnacle prices about every 3 minutes; the page refreshes itself every 30 seconds. On Free, movement details and alerts arrive 30 minutes late. No feed is instant — every table shows the time of its last update.

Why is the bookmaker's price different?

Prices can change after we collect them, and markets can be suspended. Always check the price on the bookmaker's site.

The link opens that match's market on the Betfair website, where Betfair's own rules apply. You may need to log in there. We don't link to other bookmakers.

How do I report a data error?

Use Contact and include the match, market, page and time.

What is the Live Coupon?

Today's matches with the current Betfair price for 1, X, 2 and Under/Over 2.5. Each price is coloured by how far it has fallen in the last 24 hours, so the big moves stand out. Pinnacle Live Coupon (Premium) shows the same for Pinnacle, without matched money.

What is Dropping Odds?

It compares each current price with the price 24 hours earlier and puts the biggest falls first (Hot Drops). If a market opened more recently it uses the opening price and shows "opened Xh ago"; if our own record is shorter than 24 hours it shows "compared with HH:MM".

Why are some high prices faded, or missing from Latest Movements?

On a high price a small move gives a big percentage: 8.00 → 7.00 is already −12.5%. So by default Dropping Odds does not count drops on prices above 5.00 (1X2) or 4.00 (U/O 2.5): they stay visible but faded, without a drop colour, and are left out of Hot Drops, Min drop and Max drop. Latest Movements leaves out moves that start above those limits. The limit is checked on the starting price (24h ago, the opening price, or the previous price), not the current one. Premium members can change it under Filters → Max odds, or choose All; the choice is saved to their account, and the active limits show next to the Filters button.

What is Money Way?

It shows how the money matched on Betfair is split between the outcomes, and compares each share with the share the prices imply once the margin is removed. +10 pp means 10 percentage points more money on that outcome than its price implies. Matches with less than €200 matched are left out.

What is Latest Movements?

Every row is one recorded price change: previous price → current price, with how long ago it happened. Free shows Betfair changes of 5% or more from a 60-minute window, 30 minutes late. Premium adds Pinnacle, the 6-hour window, your own minimum change and Best available odds, without the Free plan’s extra 30-minute delay.

What does Betfair vs Pinnacle show?

For each outcome, the Betfair price after your Betfair commission next to Pinnacle's price (with margin, or no-vig if you choose). The % is how much higher Betfair is (+) or lower (−). Only prices in set ranges are compared. Premium only.

What does VOL mean?

The money already matched on Betfair in that market (1X2 or Under/Over 2.5). It shows how active a market is — it is not the money available to bet right now.

What is the Volume Index (VI)?

It compares the money matched now with the amount matched 12 hours before kick-off: 0 means no new money, +25 means the matched money has doubled, +50 tripled. It stays empty while the reference is below €1,000 (€500 on Under/Over pages).

What do the alerts mean?

Volume spike: at least €15,000 and 15% of the 1X2 money arrived on one outcome within about 10–15 minutes. Trading alert: the same, more than 30 minutes before kick-off. Fresh drop (⚡): a price fell 3% or more in the last 5 minutes. Biggest 24h drop: the 1 or 2 that fell most. On Free, alerts appear 30 minutes late.

What do the colours in the tables mean?

On drop tables the colour shows how far a price has fallen: light for 3–7%, then stronger for 7–12%, 12–20% and 20% or more. White means the price rose, didn't move or fell less than 3%.

What is a no-vig price?

Pinnacle's price with its margin removed by calculation (proportionally across the outcomes). It is an estimate for comparison, not a price you can bet.

Why does the Betfair commission matter?

Betfair charges commission on winnings, so a Betfair price is worth a little less than it looks: price after commission = 1 + (price − 1) × (1 − commission). We use 5% by default; Premium members can set their own rate and save it.

What is Best available odds?

In Latest Movements (Premium), the highest price for that outcome among the bookmakers you select. It is shown only when it is at least 3% above Pinnacle's no-vig price or Betfair's price after commission; above 12% it is marked "Check", because such a gap is unusual.

Which bookmakers do you show?

Betfair Exchange and Pinnacle in the tables, and for Best available odds: Bet365, 1xBet, Betway, 10bet, Bwin, William Hill, Unibet, Betfred, BetVictor, Marathon, 888sport, Betsson and 3ET.

Which markets do you cover?

Full-time 1X2 and Over/Under 2.5 goals, where the source offers them.

Which leagues do you cover?

Hundreds of leagues and competitions worldwide — the Coverage page lists them all, with how many matches each has in the coming days. A few are Premium-only and appear with a lock on Free.

How do My Leagues work?

A Premium feature: tap the pencil next to My leagues at the top of the tables, pick your leagues and save. They are saved to your account and follow you to other devices.

What time zone are kick-off times in?

Your own: we detect your time zone in the browser, and you can change it in your account. The time zone in use is shown above each table.

How do I change the language or theme?

Use the language menu at the top of every page (EN, EL, IT, SR, HR) and the moon/sun button for dark or light mode. Both are remembered in your browser.

How do I pay for Premium?

Choose Plans and pay once with PayPal or Skrill. €23 gives one month of Premium, the final price with no extra charges. Premium starts once we have confirmed your payment.

How do I extend Premium?

Pay again from Plans or the Extend link next to your Premium badge. Nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged unless you pay again. Your end date is shown in your account.

Can I use my account on two devices at once?

No — one login at a time. When you log in on another device, the earlier session ends and that device needs to log in again.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use "Forgot password" on the login page. We email you a link to choose a new password.

How do I close my account or remove my data?

Email info@bet-mate.co from your account's email address. You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it — see the Privacy Policy.

Do you use cookies and analytics?

Only the cookies needed to run the site and remember your settings. Google Analytics runs only if you click Accept in the cookie notice; Reject is just as easy, and you can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings.

Is there an app?

No separate app — the website is built for phones too. You can add it to your home screen from your browser's menu.

Where can I get help with gambling?

See our Responsible Gambling page: it lists free, confidential helplines, including Cyprus (1454, 1456) and Greece (1114).
