Refund and Cancellation Policy

You buy Bet-Mate Premium from the seller shown on our Business Information page.

Premium costs EUR 23 for one month and is paid once, with PayPal or Skrill. Each payment gives one month of Premium. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again unless you choose to pay again.

You keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.

14-day refund: if Premium isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund it in full — no reason needed. Your Premium access ends when the refund is made.

After those 14 days we don't refund the rest of the month if you simply stop using Premium.

At any time, we will always:

• refund a charge made in error, such as a double payment;
• put things right if you paid but Premium was not provided;
• respect your rights under consumer law.

Email info@bet-mate.co with your account email and the payment reference (and, after the 14 days, the reason). We'll reply with our decision. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. When the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.
