The seller shown on our Business Information page is responsible for your personal information.

Contact: info@bet-mate.co.

• Account: your first and last name, username, email, password (stored securely), country, time zone and language, and a mobile number if you add one in your account.
• Your settings: My Leagues, selected bookmakers and Betfair commission (saved to your account when you are logged in), and display preferences kept in your browser.
• Analytics: if you click Accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects visit statistics (pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location). Nothing is collected if you click Reject.
• Subscription and billing: plan, payment status and the payment records we receive from PayPal or Skrill. We never see your card details.
• Contact form and emails: your name, email, topic and message.
• Newsletter: your email and your consent, only if you choose to receive it.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device, access times and security logs, to run and protect the service.

• To provide your account and subscription (our contract with you).
• To handle billing and meet tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).
• To answer your messages and handle requests (contract or our legitimate interest).
• To keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
• To send the newsletter (your consent — you can withdraw it at any time).

Service providers that help us run Bet-Mate receive only the information they need:

• PayPal and Skrill — payments. PayPal payments pass through a payment page at live-tipster.com, which receives your account number and email for that purpose.
• Google — Google Analytics visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• OneSignal — push match alerts, only if you turn them on.
• MailerLite — the newsletter, only if you subscribe.
• TurboSMTP — delivery of our emails (activation, password reset, replies).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your information, or object to some uses. Email info@bet-mate.co. We normally reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
